I fitted a disco 4 bolt PAS box in the county on yesterday, in place of the original 4-bolt PAS box.
The input shaft on the new PAS box appears to be about 5mm shorter, so I can't get the pinch bolt in as-is.
I haven't had a chance to investigate fully, but I thought someone may have solved this before. Am I likely to find some slack elsewhere when I undo all the pinch bolts, or will more drastic measures be required???

I've got the same issue on my 120, but I didn't realise the Disco PAS box input shaft is shorter.
Mine started out ~5mm out, but I just assumed I haven't pushed/jiggled the input shaft on far enough - its down to about 2mm now.
I was going to try loosening the PAS box mounting bolts and retightening to get the extra 2mm, but will watch this thread with interest.

Thanks Bojan.
I think it is shorter - haven't measured yet. The original 4-bolt had a slot machined which is wider than the bolt - allowing some room either way.
I already levered the box as far as I could in the right direction while I was bolting it up, so don't think there are any more gains to be made there.
