Hi Guys,
As I am presently running no heater does anyone know where to get a heater bypass from, it basicly just connects the two heater hoses together in a u shape.
Thanks Ben

You should be able to get by with a straight hose joiner, but a 90 degree one may be more suitable. You could also try a hose specialist like Enzed if they are local.

At least you can bypass the heater, my blower's been cactus for a few years now so I have no fan. Makes demisting the windscreen fun.

you can look up one of these catalogues
Mackay Consolidated Industries (http://mackayrubber.com.au/auto-aftermarket-catalogues.htm)

and choose the shape/diameter you need, or

Repco and the like have universal "Z" sections in the usual diameters which by themselves or in combination will let you do what you need

I know this sounds weird - but I rummaged thru the supercheap radiator hose section until I found a preformed hose 5/8 (19mm) that had a u-shape. It was $12, and after I cut the excess off, it fitted perfectly. ( The label said it was for some sort of Holden, but I used it for the extra air system on my flapper efi).

In the near vicinity to the radiator stand should be some blanking caps in the same size - they work well too and look neater

I have not connected the heater up in mine since a body swap. Just a couple of bolds clamped in hoses.

wouldnt it be easier to just replace the existing hoses with one shorter hose and forget about joining the existing hoses?
