I haven't seen the movie though. Apparently they go off camping in the father's Landy.

Tomorrow when the War Began: Land Rover is definitely the car the kids use to go for a weekend in Hell (which is a secret beauty-spot in the mountains). It's a 110, I think...

Also featured in the 1981 BBC TV series on 'Day of the Triffids' (which, diverting into movie critic mode, was vastly better than the 2009 version).

I kow it not a movie, Heartbeat's (Old British cop show) got a couple series landies driving about.
