Ace Ventura When Nature calls has a line of Series'
Born free(1965)/Living free(1972) = Elsa the lion stuff
Wheels Across a Wilderness (Leyland Brothers late 1960's I think)
These I remember seeing at the theatre as a youngster an probably introduced me to the versatility of 4wd vehicles.
I would have to agree that the best was the previously mentioned 'The God's Must be Crazy.' It covered all areas of off road work - hill climbs, the gate, river crossings and I've got to have a winch like it had = fully automatic.
Cheers Chris
Aadman Animations new kid's show Shaun the Sheep. Series 2 SWB.
Bad Boys II in the chase scene theres a 109" ute :cool:
I've watched a few movies lately featuring Land Rovers.
The God's Must be Crazy - Say no more, it's the star of the show.
Cliffhanger - Sylvestor Stallone drives up in a nice Series 3 - only good bit of the movie
They're a Weird Mob - Which stars a very nice Series 1 107 (Just like Ol'ute!)
Can you think of any more good Land Rover movies?
(They don't have to be good movies - Cliffhanger wasn't - I just watch it for the first 10 minutes)
Movies arent my go,but the latest James Bond movie was full of LR products.
In my opinion, the movie was a shocker,in fact the worst Bond movie i have ever seen:(
In Quantum of Solace James Bond drove a Range Rover Sport whilst in Bolivia. In Casino Royale There were some Defenders in the African jungle as well as several Range Rovers in the car park of the country club James Bond visited in the Bahamas. The Living Daylights featured a British Army Land Rover in the opening sequence set on The Rock of Gibralter.
I seem to remember a number of black Range Rovers being used towards the end of Oceans 12 also, I think they were being driven by people posing as INTERPOL.
