Thread: True Grit

Been waiting a while for this one.

Apparently it's pretty true to the novel, as opposed to the John Wayne version.

I really enjoyed the dialogue, such a change from the average movies offered lately. 9/10

Was a huge JW fan growing up.....used to watch them with the old man.....so took him to the movies ( first time in 10+ yrs for him) so went gold class . Loved it...great movie,

Agreed, a really good movie. The Coen Brothers have a lot of style.

do i have to wear shoes........

i have some spare change in my pocket so though i might go gold class, seem to be getting more km to the tank the last few weeks

Yes mate..shoes....and no...thongs don't qualify as shoes . Wish I was getting more km's to the tank ,
