    Skyfall

Well, went to see Skyfall the other day, I was quite impressed.
Must say, I picked the identity of his partner quite early on.
Two things I didn't like though.
Destroying the Defender at the start.
Not just that they destroyed it, but that they probably used about 14 to get it right
That and the bit where they destroyed the DB5
Other than that, I quite enjoyed it
    Anyone else seen it?
    Cheers

Yeah I really enjoyed it too

I loved the defender bit but your right as there was a bit about in in 50 years of bond car the top gear special. There was a line up of about 10 of them being used for the film.

Go old Bond , same as you could not believe they destroyed the DB5. Also could not believe you know who died at the end.

Mr Craig looked quite old and worn down in this one, which i suppose is fair enough.
I think it would be in my top 5 though, but I don't count anything with Roger Moore as being a true Bond film
My girlfriend hates watching them with me though, as she's a Bond fan and she claims my constant pointing out of Landrovers "ruins the atmosphere" or some rubbish
Bit of a different bad guy, but very well done.

I saw it last week. Not the best of them some good scenes but the plot was a bit week. Daniel Craig did look a bit worse for wear but he was shot and left for dead and fell off a very high bridge in the opening few minutes enough to give anyone a few grey hairs. I thought the villian was far more evil in "no country for old men" . I enjoyed the bike scenes on the roofs very believable . I would avoid buying any cheap silver defers for a while.

Watched it last week, not bad some very good bits, and loved the British ness of it this time. Better than then second one but not the first one.

The Aston he drives is the one he won in casino, but that was a left hooker. This ones a right hand drive one.

True. He seemed to be becoming more bitter and misanthropic, bit there's still a hint of the old Bond cheek there I liked his trick with the scorpian

So THAT'S where he's from! I knew he looked familiar.
And yeah. Much scarier in NCFOM

Agreed, Quantum made very little sense to me Although I do like Casino, I think this is my favourite of the three.

You sure about that??? I thought it was a nod to the DB5 that Connery drove in Goldfinger, complete with the gadgets - machine guns behind the lights, ejector seat (that's what the gear lever button was for) - that were used in the Connery movie...

Cant say it was one of my favourite bond films, was disappointed to be honest maybe due to the ratings it was given before I seen it.

The DB5 was the one from the connery films, Goldfinger I think, I see Moneypenny is back.

Saw it today. Much more interesting than the other Craig ones... Love the Welcome to Scotland line.

No Country For Old Men was an excellent flick. The bady from it and Skyfall is actually pretty funny... Said he wanted to be a bond girl.

    Cheers

Ps love the realistic sound of at's scrubbing through the corners.
