It would appear that they've got rid of all of the other full clips of Episode 1 that were on Youtube as well. There was at least a dozen or so yesterday - none this morning.

From what I've read, Amazon is shooting itself in the foot at least as far as a potential Australian audience is concerned. We will be able to sign up for an Amazon Prime account in December and can watch The Grand Tour legally. What they don't tell you is that many (some reports say "most") of their other shows are geoblocked and cannot be viewed in Australia. So - my understanding is that you can fork out their subscription cost - to effectively watch one program a week for as long as the season lasts. If you want to watch other programs on Amazon that your subscription would normally cover, and those programs are geoblocked - stiff ****.

Hopefully what I've read is wrong (or my understanding of it is incorrect) - but if not, they won't be getting my money. There are other ways to watch a program if you really want to see it.
    Cheers .........

This is the issue I face with Motor Trend On Demand- likened to the 'netflix' for car guys. Something I'd definitely consider in addition to the netflix subscription I have.
The MTOD content is great, covering all motorsport and heaps of original series, but most live stuff is blocked to licensing restrictions due to deals with AU based media.

I'd jump at watching Grand tour on a pay per view arrangement, but it doesn't take long for a few '$13 per month' subscriptions to be underutilized or get out of hand.

Sounds like another example of the reasons why so many Australians are into piracy of shows they are blocked from getting legally.

Yep - I thought the same. The Grand Tour came across as the three of them taking up where they left off ............... except that they had a bit of difficulty in getting their celebrity guests onto the stage.

Top Gear with that idiot Evans hosting it was a dead loss - some say it may improve with him gone and Matt LeBlanc taking over the reins, but I'm not holding my breath.
    Cheers .........
