    Wheels Across a Wilderness DVD

I seem to remember some questions in the past about locating copies of the Leyland Brothers' adventures.

It seems to be available here:
Wheels Across A Wilderness Dvd > Documentary DVDs > DVD - Entertainment Masters - Online music and entertainment catalogue.

Or at least it will be later this month.

    1973 Series III LWB 1983 - 2006
    1998 300 Tdi Defender Trayback 2006 - often fitted with a Trayon slide-on camper.

Just borrowed it from my local library

May I suggest that if your library does not have a copy just ask them if they can get it via an interlibrary loan. They do all the work to find a library that has a copy and get it in for you to borrow.

I do this all the time for obscure stuff.

Santa brought me the Wheels Across a Wilderness DVD. I have watched about a third of it so far. Brilliant stuff.

I love the way the footage has that old style look to it. Mike and Mal look like teenagers. True travelling pioneers. Take my hat right off to these guys doing what they did 44 years ago.

Buy it, borrow it, nik it.....but watch it.

Not sure if it's still available, I just had a quick look but couldn't find it.

I lent my copy out about 18 months ago and it's still doing the rounds, I hope it's being looked after. Maybe it's time to reel it in
