    Toyota diff lock.

LC 100 factory electric diff locks, are they electrically disengaged, or automatically disengage without power? The locks are only supposed to be engagable in low 4x4. A friend's has engaged as he was driving on the highway and will not disengage, even with the power supply disconnected at the diff plug.

Yes should disengage from the switch and no don't automatically disengage, needs to take it to a shop/dealer before he breaks something and voids his warranty if it's still under warranty.
    Cheers Baz.
