I hope it is in this range mate. I have heard anything from just under the Wildtrack price to $140k. if they keep the dual cab under 100k it will walk out the door. They will have to do a higher trim at some stage with heated seats to secure the more senior van brigade. Cheers
Even the Americans are jealous as they won't be getting it.

Yeah. In the official Ford YouTube teaser a LOT of the comments are from north American folks clamouring for it. One commenter nailed it though. Ford probably won’t do it because it might knock the “F” truck off its perch. Can’t have that.

If Ford gets it right then they won’t be able to make enough of them.

Sales of Rav4 Knocked the F 150 off in the US last year.
And sales have been way ahead of Ranger for quite a few months here as well.
The comment from the sales boss at Toyota Aus a few months ago, was that SUVs will take over from utes going forward.
And no one brand will dominate the ute market.
The Chinese utes are selling like hot cakes, companies are now using them in their fleets.
How they will hold up used for work, who knows, but i would think re sale values won't be great.
Ford are vulnerable, more so than say,as an example, Toyota as they only have a couple of models,Ranger and Everest,,that is one reason they brought out this bigger ute.
Also with this NVES garbage(my opinion only),Fords TDV6 may end up being dropped in the Ranger and Everest, and as i have said before,it will be fine in the bigger ute as it is in a different class, and therefor exempt.
I think the Ranger Superduty sales will be felt by the big American trucks. Although it wont tow as well as the American trucks, it is able to tow those types of weights and at the same time it will still be a really usable daily driver as opposed to the Yank Tanks that wont turn a corner or fit in a car park.
Such a great new niche in the market.
Cheers
