I would like to take the time to thank two people who have stepped away from the team...
P38arover - Ron did a truly marvellous job over a very long period of time. I am immensely grateful for the time and efforts he put in during his stay. We didn't see eye to eye on many issues and he was always ready willing and able to stick it to me if he thought i needed a prod. I hope you come back and see us from time to time.
Weeds - Kelvin thanks for all your efforts, i am most thankful for the time you spent helping out on the system! and will miss your straight shooting....
Many existing mods have expanded their fields of influence to further assist in the smooth running of the system.

am about to do a purge to flush usernames that haven't accessed the site in over 3 years as the amount of bounced emails is getting beyond a joke.
their posts will be converted to appear as being posted by "Guest"
i regularly flush usernames that have not posted in the first twelve months of access as per the conditions of access

AULRO.com considers a Troll is someone that appears determined to infuriate others and or someone that appears to constantly argue a point beyond reasonable debate without any substantiated facts to back up their claim.
Persistent behaviour of this nature will see you earn 2 demerit points lasting 12 months.
