I'll be in Moorabbin on Saturday picking up a fuel tank in my ute. Could swing past and bring to our neck of the woods depending on size and what it is.

Is picking up a fuel tank classified as essential travel now?

I was going to go myself but couldn't find anything concrete that said itwould be ok to do so, DHHS website said you are allowed to go for a drive anywhere in the metro area and travel to exercise and collect online purchases but i don't want the risk.

Allowed to take my son for a driving lesson, so will let him drive. Can't see the issue if we are not contacting other people. Judge away

What you are doing is "Bending" the rules to suit your own agenda, Shame on you.

No, you’re not allowed to take your Son on a driving lesson, that isn’t one of the reasons you can leave home. Given there’s coppers that frequent this forum, it will be interesting to see if anyone does indeed judge you for it. 😉

Personally I’m sick and tired of people bending the rules to suit themselves and thinking the rules don’t apply to them - that’s why we’re in this mess in the first place and locked down again - it’s pretty simple - STAY THE **** AT HOME!

I’m going to report anyone not doing the right thing - I hope someone near you does the same if you do indeed go out.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

WOW, how's the view from your high horse? I'm not going to go into details about what I'm doing but I think you are assuming that this fuel tank is for my car (it's an industrial tank). Nice judgemental post, glad you are a perfect citizen.

You’re the one that said you were going out to do something that current rules don’t allow...

IF you have a "Valid" reason to pick up the tank then you wouldn't have any Need of the Bull**** excuse of taking your son for a driving lesson would you.
Lift your game Mate, It's selfish self centered people like yourself that are the main cause of all the pain that the rest of the people Victoria are going through at the moment FFS.
