    "Duck bills" were a weak point in the Volvo 240 and 740 also. I used to gut a bic biro, wash the ink out of the tube and shove a bit of that

    HyChill in 2.7 or 3.0

    These valves have a screen around the outside but the symptoms don't indicate to me that the screen is permanently almost fully blocked.
