I have heard of a few people running theirs on bio-diesel, but I wouldnt run it on straight veg oil. Given the price of the injectors I wouldnt want to risk it. I would think the viscosity of the oil may affect the injectors.

Has anyone run their Td5 on veg? I can get some and was wondering if it would be safe to run it...
Advice would be handy

Thought so, I have heard some pretty bad stuff about it, like increased carbon build up around the valves etc. Probably best to stay away from it
actually its good stuff...
its just not good in the TD5 and the carboning of the valves is the least of your worries.
