I am trying to documenting all the butterflies that come to our native garden.
Today I have the chance to take this shot of this example which have the wings in a very good condition and was new in my portfolio.
I used the nikon D300s and the Nikon 70-300VR

I went hunting on the weekend and carried a little Canon Ixus80 on my belt. Now aside from being compact there is nothing special about this camera, nor its macro mode but I took a few pics that (while of course not anywhere near the standard of other pics in this thread) I thought you might find interesting...
