The Fantails are predictable where are going to perch. Yes they are moving fast.

Young wedge tail eagle, there was a group of three but this was the only pic I had time for before they all disapeared. This pic was at about 50 metres with the tamron 18 to 270

I would love to capture ome of this regal birds :)
To have a sharp image with a 300mm lens the ideal distance is 10 meters, 50 meters is out of range for a 600 mm lens if a excellent image is what the photographer like to have.
600mm = $ 11000 :(

Great capture Carlos with very good exposure control.
These fellows are moving fast and they are hard to capture them.
With a neck like this I would not need a reverse camera in the Defe :D
