What does the hand in corner of camera when reviewing pictures mean?
I have a Kodak M763 Digital camera and when I'm looking at my pictures, on every picture, there is a red or green or yellow hand in the top left hand corner. I think it means that the picture wasn't taken in the right format, or that its... I don't know. I was just wondering if any of you know what it means?

I don't have a kodak any longer but from memory it's a focus or motion response. Eg. a red camera means the picture is out of focus/blurred, green means the camera has detected crisp focus. Yellow would mean the camera isn't certain of how sharp/crisp the image will be
I think this is generally based on a standard 6x4 image so if you get green or yellow it should produce an ok to good picture. If you enlarge beyond that only a 'green' picture would retain crip/sharp images...
I hope that makes sense (someone please correct me if I'm way off the mark!)
(edit...potentially we've been found in google?)
