Hello all im having problems with the ****ter on my K10D sticking.

About 6 months agao we had a similar problem wherby when the shutter button is pressed the mirror etc does not actuate. It wont even move to the "Mirror Up" cleaning position. As a result I took it a ( unnamed ) camera repair place who allegedly replaced the shutter mechanism. ( for a total invoice of $320)

The past few days the same problem has occurred. ( shiuuer actiations about 30,000+ .

I beleve that it may be a problem with the shutter release button - to test this out i have to either get a remote shutter release button or a battey grip - which brings me to why im here - does anyone have either of these and would be willing to meet somewhere in sydney so we can try them out - to assit with the process of elimination?
