    The other horse power

    First time putting pictures up, hope it works! I'm no good at the fancy stuff, but I do find I look at bit more closely at my surroundings when I have the camera in hand. I have no idea what majority of functions can do which is a shame. One day I may even read the manual

    Here's some pics of heavy horses from the Armidale Machinery Field Days last year.







    Would love to see any other horsey pics too.

    This is a horse that did belong to another members wife before she sold it on

    Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......

    I've noticed the best photo's are always with their ears pricked forward.

    that's generally because a horse ears being pricked indicated alertness of its surroundings. There for a good pose as they are generally watching something, and when they watch they are still with eyes wide

    Not quite ears forward but one of my favorites.
    I was always so jealous of the pony clubbers back in school, up there eating their dagwoods, checking out the competition
    I didn't get a horse until I had moved out of home - bit to old for for pony club by then
