    What shutter speed must this guy use, to take pics of a leopard

    Camera Canon EOS 50D
    Exposure 0.002 sec (1/500)
    Aperture f/8.0
    Focal Length 270 mm

    Note the important clue here focal length 270mm... Seems the other guy failed on that point.

    bet his rear aperture speed was pretty high as well!

    Judging by the amount of blur, Id say not quite fast enough.

    Even if it had been running flat out, from a technical perspective shutter speed would not have been a problem. Skill, and accurate focusing are the big challenges!

    that would depend on which photo - the one taken or the one in the photo
