    Caterpillar

In the absence of a gardening section..... Does anyone know what these caterpillars are that are eating my apple trees, and what is best to kill them?

    Thanks in advance,

    Tim

Dipel is good for all caterpillars and is 'safe'. See http://www.sumitomo-chem.com.au/site...ipel-df_br.pdf and Nature's Way Caterpillar Killer Dipel - Yates. Used by commercial growers.

If I had one of those on my apple tree I'd be in trouble!

Looks to me that they are Tent Caterpillars, family: Lasiocampidae
