Unable to down load video from my cybershot

I have recently purchased a DSC-W100 Sony Cybershot. It did not come with a start up disc but it sounds as though it should have.
I have spent a few hours on the net trying to find a software download.
If any one is able to help me it would be really appreciated.
The problem I have is that it will not down load the videos from the camera. I have no problems with photo's

    Regards Wayne.

Hi Wayne you need the drivers and what Sony calls PMB: =Picture Motion Browser try Sony DSC-W100 Cyber-shot Cameras driver download - SONY drivers and scroll down to find a match.

Also depends on what OS you're using... Win 7 is OK but not the 64bit version hope this helps

I have an older one, a P100 and all I do is plug it into the computer, go to my computer, it should show up as a storage device, then just find the folder where the movies are and move them where you want them. Yours could be a bit different though.

I tried that link but it is just to confusing for me, every time I think I have found what I want it seems to download something completely different. I will try and find some one who is a bit more computer savvy and try that link again.

    Thanks Wayne
