SubscriberI’ve googled away and tried a few but none seem to do what want.
I’m not looking to do anything too flash, just the following:
- Darken / replace a sky (if possible)
- Adjust a colour photo to B&W or Sepia tones.
- Add effects (to “age” a photo – such as dots, folds, ragged edges, etc)
- Add a frame.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Will give irfanview a look at.
When i first saw it (years ago) it didnt have many features but seeing the filtersunlimited plugins etc sounds good !
