    copyrights infringement

This case it is a good precedent for future cases of copyrights infringements.
The bad news is the one of the companies that was found guilty is Getty Images which it is one of the more widely used by photographers to protect their work.

    Hey Chucaro

I was just wondering as this thread has prompt me to ask....

You have some wonderful bird shots, my mum has asked me for a drawing for christmas and when I asked her what she wanted drawn she said I like horses, birds and flowers.....so I wondered whether you might have some native Australian bird shots that you wouldnt mind me using to draw from?

No dramas if you would rather not....

Thank you for your kind words about my images
You are welcome to use any of my images and if you like one at better resolution which it is manageable to send as an attachment by email let me know.
Have a look here if any of them are suitable

    Hi Arthur

I might have a go at the classic Kookaburra

not the one where it looks posed to take off but the one where it is just sitting naturally on the branch and looking to its left...its a lovely shot and one that can easily be linked to Australia.
