No, I'm referring to the cables that allow the remote triggers to operate the camera shutter. There are several different cables for Nikon.Quote:

I had a very quick play with your triggers today....they work well...
here is a picture hahahahaha dont judge me I have never used the flash gun off camera before I don't have any fancy umbrellas and I don't even know how to change the power on my flash gun yet or set anything manually :D
I had a play with getting a black back drop, the can was probably not the best subject due to its reflectivity and I only had a rolled up piece of A3 paper to attempt to direct some flash light back :D

and Yes I know my veranda needs a bloody good sweep!! hahahahah this is straight off camera taken this afternoon outside on my front veranda, I appreciate that the flash line on the can is distracting i didnt really move anything around much just wanted to see if I could do it:)
Excellent, Lou. They are the older 603 triggers. I can't recall what differences there are with the mark II.
One thing which mine lacks is the ability, in a multi flash setup, is to easily select only some flashguns to fire or all to fire - something that is, apparently, easy with the Cactus.
The advantage of the Yongnuo is the cost.
Keep playing with them. I'm in no hurry to get them back. I've got several other triggers here.

they might be the go only critisim I have of yours is the location of the on off makes it really really difficult to actually turn the trigger on and off while attached to the speedlight its really hard to get the finger in to do it
Yes. Also, if one wants to change channel, having to pull the batteries out to get to the DIP switches.
but what I liked about them is I just turned them on and that was it?! I didnt have to do anything????

I got some generic ones from eBay, the main consideration is that they work with the canon flash which apparently needs a higher trigger voltage than most other flashes.
I have a mix of Canon, Metz Hammer Heads and Vivitar Variable flash guns
