    Dust Proof camera bag??

Having dust in the bag issues, especially after the Simpson Desert trip, anyone know of a reliable camera bag option that is dust proof for a DSLR and lens plus a separate lens. Still want to be able to carry on treks so the hard cases are not suitable. cheers Graeme

I'm not sure that you would get great dust sealing on a normal bag would you...

what about a small bag that fits inside a dry bag.

'Tis a pity a lot of Alex's (heie on various fora) pics of Afghanistan have been taken down (military orders?). He took some great pics.

    Great camera bag.

Been using the large version for years, weather resistant zips, comfortable with over 10kg of gear. Dedicated camel back & drinking hose positions. Just an excellent bag. The Lowepro AW300 is the smallest in this model. Not cheap but quality.
    Regards Chris.

I've been using a 300AW for a few years now with no issues. Just lives on the back seat of the defender, and has been up the cape (I think I had it then) and across the Great Victoria, plenty of dust on the outside but good on the inside.

Funnily enough, even though I lived and worked not far from there at the OTC Ceduna Satellite Earth Station (see map), I never went there - probably because we didn't know about it! . We went all over around there on our trail bikes.

Depending when you were there Ron, the track may not have existed - it was pushed through in the early 70s
