    AA Power

    Just picked up my XXXX camera to take a shot or two,, must be at least 6 months since I've opened the bag,,
    thinking, hmmm will have to charge the batts before I can do anything,,
    but NO!
    camera fired up and took my usual terrible shots of the mermaids!

    sadly the voltage isn't as high as the proper AA and that does affect some cameras quite badly...

    The camera that I once had that took AA's was specifically designed for rechargeables, normal AA's were not recommended. Regular NiMH batteries were always flat after a month or so. My Garmin Etrex 20 GPS has a menu selection for battery type and so I use eneloops in it. Love 'em.
