Most people buy them from buy and sell sites locally like on facebook etc
there was an american site a few years back that held a huge stock of second hand cameras and lenses as well as sold new i will see if i can find it for you.

Yes Mark it is KEH again i haven't used them but i had seen many people that had and seemed pretty happy
