It certainly was and this is where Jurassic park was filmed. We did a Helicopter flight with the doors off (optional) i've never seen a landscape quite like it. Great time to visit Hawaii with the exchange rates and cheap flights so we are going back again in October.

Still need to do a bit more work on my focusing, but it was a bit hard considering dog was only 1 1/2 strides from collision :)
