    Raumati Beach, New Zealand.

    I was in New Zealand for a few days last week for family reasons and I had half an to kill, so I went done to the beach and took these photos.

    Hi Matt, great pics and what a great place.

    I sent 10 days on the south island two years ago and never had a better holiday, can’t wait to get back there.

    Theres good 4wding in the dunes up around Raumati too, been there many times, lost two wheels off my Discovery on one trip..took ages to fix that, wheel nuts were loose...try finding two sets of them in sand!

    Make an effort, it's well and truly worth the trip.

    I like travelling Oz but I have not come across some much contrast in such a small place.

    Mind you I have yet to see Tasmania.

    Tassie's great, but I still think it isn't that rugged a place. NZ pic's remind me of Alaska to a degree. I'd go back to Alaska any time, fantastic place, scenery is amazing!
