    Hi Guys,

I have just finished building the rack on the back of my 130 now i am in the market for a roof top tent.
Has any one had dealings with Austrack roof top tents? that is my pick at the moment but i am up for any advice given as i want to get this right.I only want to spent around $1600 max.

G'day mate I don't know if this is helpful but when I bought my 130 it came with an Aussie Traveller deluxe roof top tent which I was very impressed with. It doesn't fit our needs so I will be selling it, just haven't got around to putting it on the market.
The Austrak units whilst imported canvas seem to be of reasonably high quality from all reports, well at least their camper trailers are.

Yep, bought one last year and used it for a Cape York trip. Held up well in heavy rain and very breezy in warm weather.

Standard mattress quite comfortable. Able to leave sleeping bags (but not fav pillows!) inside it when packing up. After the first couple of days we were able to put it up in less than 5 mins /same for pull down. A couple of nights inland it got to 8deg C plus 10kmh breeze... inside tent was pleasantly warm.

Found Austrack people very professional to deal with.

I bought a rooftent from Austrack last year and found them very helpful and the tent is as good as the ARB ones but less money.

if anyone wants to have a look at mine just pm me and we can arrange something.
