    Im learning alot.
Some of the places I'll be, there will be no bakery let alone a corner store.
Maybe I'll have to run the bigger appliances off the Honda Jenny Jenny, not micro wave jenny!

    Keep the advice coming!

Maybe you should look at doing your bread a bit more traditionally.

    I assume you're taking a gas bottle?

if so bring your gass bottle down and I'll see if I've got something around that I can turn into a bush cooker for you that the gas bottle will fit into to minimise wasted space.

We are on a stand alone solar system, 3500w with 750ah batteries.
We use a bread maker but usually during the day when the batteries are been charged. Any heating element will suck the power out of your battery, even a large system. I suggest you will either need a solar panel hooked up or run the vehicle regularly to keep the battery charged. Remember it should be a deep cycle battery to handle the high discharge rates.

I tend to agree the camp oven is the way to go, and the bread will be better!

Forgot to mention, you definitely need a pure sine wave inverter, otherwise anything with a timer or complex electronics will be affected. Selectronic inverters are pretty good.

You need a pure sine inverter to run anything with a motor, and 3x the wattage of the appliances, you will need some bloody good batteries and solar panels too
