Lee has one and i know it has seen some action so hopefully he will chime in.

Brett (roaming the outback) uses a travel buddy oven. I'll be getting one when the dormobile is back in service

Yep have watched Brett’s vids......

And it looks like enough capacity to cook a meal for two quite easily.

Er hang one which thread am I in.

It’s just the two of us, so just need enough space for a meal for two, small roast and veg, lasagna, rhubarb pie, pizza, bread casserole.

The marine would mean I could put two trays in...maybe meal and desert.

I reckon the marine ones the way to go. I too have watched Brett and his adventures, and I think whilst your moving around, a brilliant idea.
I think an extra bonus in having one is if you can’t have a fire 🔥, various reasons can put you in this situation.
Leeanne says we don’t need one due to having the van ,, but,,,

I have an el cheapo $50 clamshell 12v oven I have used in the car and on the boat to heat up pies, pizza and leftovers and its all I really need.
The marine oven looks great but it would take up far too much space especially on my boat and 9 to 10 amps is far too power hungry for me.

I'll probably go for the bigger ''marine'' version space permitting.

I can cook a few dishes on the dormobile grill/ burner, but it would be nice to ''slam in the lamb'' occasionally

I have a $40 dick Smith 12v oven that heats pies and hot dogs quite well but not suitable for cooking.

Used to have one in the heavy haulage truck. Could heat pre-cooked meals in about an hour or so, or cook a stew up in about two and a half hours.
Used to load it up in the afternoon (oversize, so we had to stop by dark). Saved heaps over roadhouse tucker. (But I spent all I saved on beer, anyway!)
