coca cola
seriously try it
marinate and burn it on
tenderises and marinates at the same time
I have had some dicussions with other rednecks rencently and we have come to the conclusion that ex army "uni directional tread seems to tenderize
things best.
The BF goodies came second, but had a habit of punching thru the skins of dem animals, and pulling dirt into the meat.
what do you think?
Do you tenderize too?
If its still warm, its not wasted

Roadkill, the handle makes sense now. No personal experience, but from checking on your namesakes, I'd say the grooved Semi-trailer tyres do a pretty good job too. A lighter rig might be an advantage if the meat's going to the table, though.

Found my Bull bar and Muds did a prety good job last year.
A 30metre fall does a pretty good job.
Had a great goat curry last year at the Louth races that had been pre tenderised by the fall after it was shot.
A few hours simmering in the camp oven with a heap of veges and a good vindaloo paste

Aslong as it has not been sitting around for too long, there is nothing wrong with a bit of road kill. If it is fatter dead than alive, I would stay away from it.
A few years ago a man in the US of A wrote a cook book about road kill and how to find the good ones.
Once coming back from a 4wd trip with the mates on a hot summer day, out of a bit of fun I ran over a Fox that had been laying there for a few days. Well it kind of exploded, and the the vehicle behind me were not too pleased as his AC was not working and all the windows were down, You could just imagine what came across the 2 way.
Yeah mate that happened to us once while we were coming home from holidays, the f*****g car in front of us (a toyota Hilux) ran over a decomposing roo, our AC wasn't working and the roo went everywhere including our number plate, and of cause we didn't realised that it covered it up! later that night the cops pulled us over and tried tobook us for no front plates.
