    Camping Brekkie

Here's a good recipe for breaky its a good heartstarter when your camping

    BEAN BAKE
8 snags cut into small peices
    1 onion choped up
8 bacon rashers cut into small peices
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    400g tin tomatoes
    salt pepper
    1 teaspoon mustard
400g tin of four bean mix

Chuck it all in a big pot or pan cook for about half hour
its Also good for dins with rice

Sounds yum Might not do much for the reduction of carbon emissions though

Some chillies would give it some sparkle at dinner time.

    Sounds tasty.

But hey, don't knock a plateful of porridge which sets you up well on those cooler desert mornings.
