    double swag

hi all. im looking at up dating my swag. i currantly have a mitchell xl single, and while its huge for just me, it does get rather cosy with the missus on extended trips. now i havent got a bad word to say about my currant swag, so would be happy to buy one again, but the local camping shops are trying to charge 400+ bucks for one. anyone know of somewhere where i could get a well made, double swag for under that?

My AOS one cost somewhere around that. It's great, and fine for my and the better half, but it wasn't cheap. I'm pretty sure you could get something big enough for less. Have you checked eBay? I bought a nice king single for a friend a little while ago for a great price...

Saul swags do a double delivered to you for $400, they are well made (lifetime warranty) good materials. They are a simple flat type swag with no poles, zippers, or flyscreens etc.

I bought my queen double for about $300 in Alice Springs. It was a few years ago now, prices may have changed since then.

Anaconda have some nice swags at what seem like reasaonable prices - maybe they will do mail order ?

I have a Burke and Wills Swag which is great but proabably for a double will be more than your budget. Anaconda do have a less expensive range.
