Dandenong Ice works and i think there is a ice place in Kilsth as well

or buy cubed ice and fill it with water and re freeze it
i use 4lt ice cream containers or 1KG marg containers

We've used a variety of ways in the past - ice cream containers, plastic milk/juice containers etc. - all good. The bigger the volume the better. We always use salt water and freeze it for about a week prior to going away. Lasts ages but no good for drinking
