No pics Malleefowl but you're right, we do one end at a time.
We do the back end half up, put some pins in to hold it and then do the front end in one go. Then go and push the rest of the backend up. Takes the two of us about 30 secs to get camper bit up and then its just swinging out the backdoor to get to the kitchen and connecting gas and water.
Was a prototype idea that hubby came up with and works well but requires very heavy gas struts- more than we had originally thought. The trailer was the bit that lets it down (over the years we've had a cracked drawbar - at Weipa!, floor lifted, not so dust/water sealed, gas bottle holders rattling off) Made us realise the importance of good design. Looking back, I wish we'd spent more on the trailer part.
