    KAMPRITE DOUBLE TENTCOT

how good is this tent? is there any member that have one?
I was thinking in mounting it on the roofrack on the top of the trailer instead of a roof top tent.
$370.00 it is not to bad.
Do you think that the Oz tent can be used in the same manner?

    Cheers

im thinking the same thing.....Ive had a god look at them and there well made and with a fly . im looking at the smalest one or the oversized as i can sit upright in the center of it...... Theres info on(i think) expedition portal (usa mostly) on roof mounting etc . One thing i have read is that there is a suport or bar of some sort down the center of the double , best try it first

Would like to know how hot they are inside.Probably need a silver tarp covering.Only an observation does anyone know? They certainly look a great design.

    They are very "airey" actually.

Being elevated from ground they can get air flow underneath and it helps.

Better in slightly warmer weather than cooler (cold air underneath chills a bit)

My son uses ours, I'm too much of a Sumo to enjoy it nowadays
