Yes the intank standard pump is what I'm using. Approx 4 liter's a minute.

Also would really like to understand the fuel hook up arrangement...is it some sort of quick release? I have a 250L Freightliner tank on the drawbar of my forthcoming camper creation... trying to work out how to transfer the fuel SAFELY... would welcome advice.

Yes it's a barbed quick release fittings from Supercheap. They are airline fitting, same as you see on air compressors. Only problem is if the pump is switched on with no connection it will blow the hose fitted off the end of the filter.

RE. the battery setup: I see a charger? connected to the batteries. Are the batteries then connected through several circuit breakers? ...Is that what the box below the DSE charger is? The circuit beakers are feed to the various components, Fan,lighting, aux sockets, inverter, fuel pump, charger ETC. They are cheap and you can you can use them as a switch as well as circuit protection.

Hi Buzz66, I just found this thread and I think your trailer is awesome. I currently have a RR, 4 door '86 model, sitting in my backyard which I'm going to turn into a trailer. I'm hoping to chop it off at the fire wall and stick a draw bar on it, keeping roof and all. It would certainly make it heavier but the space will be good for the camping gear. It's good to see one chopped up and complete. I am pleasantly surprised by the weight I thought it might have been heavier.

Interesting trailer, I thought about doing this with my old Rangie when it wore out but decided against it.
I'm interested in the fact that you are running disc brakes with an overrun coupling- does this generate enough pressure for the brakes to be effective?

Can't speak for Buzz's trailer, but in general disk brakes with over run coupling work fine. We have plenty of these at work, rangine from 7x5 tandems to car floats - most have disk brakes. The more load on the trailer, then better they work.

Brakes work fine, They are a little weak when they are cold but most brakes seem to be that way.
Being only single piston calipers the volume of fluid is small enough to work fine with the Override master cylinder.

Looks good!!! I would have left the roof on or at least made it removable which you probably still have the ability to do.
I did the same with my S2a trailer but for camping duties, putting a roof on it makes a world of difference when packing it over and above the top of the sill level. Plus when it's wet, everything stays nice and dry. ;)
