    Is that mark 12? Man I need to get some glasses! Well that would explain it then . Thanks Phillip. Just a bit strange that it is so out of wack considering i did not remove the dizzy previously?

    It's likely then someone before you dislodged the internals of the advance and readjusted the timing to the point where it ran. Maybe after this proper repair it will run much better!
