Can anyone tell me how to get a hold of anyone at Syntec?

I have called the phone number on the website and it rings like an american phone, long single ring like in the movies... and nobody answers.
Also tried to email them but no replies.

I am thinking about getting one of their custom tune eproms to put into my 14cux. The testimonials on the site say it has bumped someone's economy from 25l/100 to 17l/100 just with the new eprom.
Anyone on here had any experience with these?
