'87 rover wont start
Ok ive got the 87 range rover with the 3.5 efi 5spd manual
last night she was driving a treat after i cleaned and refixed the mounting of the intake pipes. this morning i went out to start her and got nothing short of the engine turning.
the only other info i have on it is usually on the dash during start up i have four lights pop up and now only three turn on(the engine oil light doesnt turn on anymore)
last time this happened the little module on the side of the dizzy had some broken wires.
P.s. i have checked the connection to this module and they are fine

Well if I were you I would look around where you were working.
Prime candidates would be the air flow meter plug and the wires to the coil as they are quite near there.
The oil pressure light is from the oil pump which is the other side of the motor. Sounds again like the wire fell off. The sender is on the back of the oil pump which is behind the oil filter.
You didn't wash the motor with a hose at the same time did you?

Cheers
Thanks philipA but i found the problem, in the drive the previous night i somehow caused the hose from the maf to the intake to split on the underside.
and the light was not coming on because i had cranked it for a while before i checked the light
after i replaced the hose it works fine
