Without verifiable data sources I would be inclined to give them a miss. Too much "testimonial" based stuff for me.
There are many ways of increasing spark energy and once you have enough for a complete burn that's it, more may not be better.
I suppose this topic surfaces at regular intervals, but...
Whilst trawling around a Rolls Royce Forum, I came across these plugs, as used and reported on by a member. - he's gone from 11mpg to 11.65mpg, attributable to the new plugs...
At around $12 each, (plus shipping...) they're comparable with local 'ordinary' platinums.
The world's most powerful spark plug from Enerpulse
My own experience with Interesting s/plugs is limited to some 4-ground electrode Surface Effect plugs. - Very definately gave the Passat more snarl and grunt.
From reading previous posts, I get the idea that the order is, Plugs, leads, dizzy cap, rotor (New Bosch or genuine Lucas ?) replace vac thingy if buggered... Ign Ampliifer as per Bee Utey, and matching coil .
Your thoughts ?
- Still on petrol, and diesel conversion is too $$$, LPG may be in the future if I keep it.

Heard of the placebo effect??? I wonder if he would still be getting the same (very slight increase) if someone swapped the plugs back without telling him.
The plug manufacturers claim they put out 20000x the energy of any other plug...Next they will claim they actually make their own petrol.
Exactly , without imperical evidence , its just another crock .Dyno it , before you change the plugs with a new set of of standard NGKs . then the fancy omes , then back to the NGK's . all in the same hour with the same air/temp/density/fuel/humidity to see if that huge 6% gain is worth the extra $70 in plugs .
Well aware of placebo effects on drivers/owners.
Shrt story, Wife worked at a multi-level marketing company flogging "Z-Power" a wax stick solid fuel additive that gave you more go-power, mpg, cured sticky valves, lifter, door handles and worked wonders on your bald spot... Oh yes, selling it and more Distributors...also made you RICH !
Being behind the scenes so to speak, i had unlimited access to damged stock, and tried it extensively in my Valiant and Passat.
No statistically valid change in the averages was noted. ZILCH !
- And we (staff & spouses) used to get a good laugh from the stories the sheep would tell us as to how wonderful a product it really was.....
On the other hand, my '67 Toyota Crown hated Bosch spark plugs... Can remember parked on the roadside and hurling away a new set, 3 hours old and replacing with the old NGK's
Come to think of it, is the 3.9 V-8 fussy on plug brands ? - Any that only work to a mediocre level?

About 15 years ago Bosch was getting its plugs made all over the world, eg China, India, Brazil. Some very poor plugs came out of that philosophy. Same goes for Champion, 20 years ago I wouldn't use one for quids. Nowadays all the major brands seem to be similar in performance, I can't remember the last time I failed a new plug.
I worked in the Champion factory in Sydney as a machine quality control inspector and I used to buy and run NGK's
The machinery in there came from England at the start of WW11 and we were till flogging it in the 70's with speeded up gearing, making approx 7500 N series plugs a shift.
