I spent a bit of time getting those out, wasn't much fun, + they were done up very tight!! So glad for that small inspection plate.

YAy, got the motor out. Found that the bolts next to the 2 top ones the hardest to get out on the bell housing. Air ratchet gun with knuckle join = no worries!!!

I was wanting to replace all the flexible hoses, eg power steering, trans, engine cooler pipes, heater hoses etc. Any recommended places to get these?

Take all your old pipe assemblies to a hydraulic hose specialist, get them to remake the hoses with proper hydraulic fittings so the hoses can be serviced separatey from the pipes.
