    What clutch is this?

    Hi Guys n Gals,

I have finally picked up my 4.4 engine for the rangie. Only thing is i am not sure what the clutch is that is on it. I was told by beeutey i think, that the P76 clutch was smaller than the rover one. This is a pic of the one on it and it looks to be taking up the whole flywheel and i can't see how a bigger one would fit, so i am guessing this is not a P76 clutch and pressure plate. The car was converted from an auto to a 4 speed single rail B/W. The car is a P76 Targa.

Can anyone help identify this for me. I have put up a couple of other pics of the engine in case anything else is different.

    Cheers..................Pete!

It's a standard P76 clutch. The rover flywheel overlaps the ring gear so is bigger as noted. Can you see the area of the P76 flywheel that is smaller than the ring gear? Well, that is where the rover clutch bolts on. Like I said once before, it ain't gunna fit.
