    bleeding coolant system?

Guys got a 3.9 v8 injected im going to flush the cooling system, is there anything i should do to provent air bubbles in the system when i bleed it? is the best way to fill the reservoir or i notice there is a filler neck on RHS of above motor do i use this in stead to fill coolant up from?

Yup - to refill remove the expansion tank & radiator cap, make sure the heaters on hot, and fill with coolant from the filler neck on the top of motor rhs.
The rad will fill, so then refit cap.
I usually run the motor until the thermostat is open then top up at filler neck as required - then fill expansion tank to mark.
And of course check it after a run to temp. Oh, and I've found it useful to fill it when the trucks on a slight tilt to the passenger side as the top hose on the left can trap a bubble at it's high point.
    Pretty painless all round

After any work where the coolant is removed and replaced from my 3.9 LSE I always take it for long run of about 100 kms - I have to do this to get home from the workshop...lol.

This long run gets rid of any air bubbles in the system. And no matter how much idling and small runs and checking etc is done by the workshop the next morning when I am home and the car is cold [not started] the coolant is always down a fair bit and needs a top up.

don't forget to refill the system slowly and with the front wheels elevated about 200mm above the level of the rear wheels. This will enable the air to percolate to the top and minimise the amount trapped in the system...
