Urgent help/advice needed - brake module
Hi all,
Just pulled up at work in the 93 vogue to find that the electric brake pump module under the bonnet is not cutting out, even when I take the key out! So I popped the bonnet and took the plug off the unit (black square one on top with the spring around it) and it kept going! So the only thing for it, I've pulled the battery cable off and it is now sitting in the carpark outside.
Don't really want to drive it this arvo without knowing what's going on...
Can anyone shed some light on this?
Thanks in advance!
Richard.

FWIW.. it may be a stuck relay...
Not real familiar with the Classic... do you have a circuit diagram for it...either under the lid of the fuse box or elsewhere?
good luck with it

Thanks Hoges,
Spot on the money! Hydraulic pump relay under the passenger side seat is cactus. Swapped it for another one and it works again.
Thanks for that.
