    RRC Front Door Window Rubber.

    Hi all

The window rubbers on my 85 RRC are old and hard, as a result the windows rattle and clang. Where can I get replacement rubbers and how much will it set me back?

I need the horizontal rubber across the sill and also the edging that goes up around the window frame supporting the glass as it slides.

Try the Uk way cheaper then here if you don't mind waiting couple of weeks for postage.
john craddock or paddock spares are a start.

The channels are just a standard moulding available at most Car rubber places. It just pulls out of the frame.
The Bottom mould is another matter.

Around the windows is called Bailey channel. Beware, MANY different sizes available.

Mine (for 2 door) came from:

    Range Rover

They have lots of RRC stuff.

    cheers, DL

If you have a Clarke Rubber store nearby, they have 3 or 4 different size bailey channels you can buy by the metre.

EDIT - Aaaahhhh, just noticed you're in NZ........ that might make it difficult.
