    Thanks for the info everyone.. I think at this stage I will try a Wolf 3D unit & see if I can tune out the issues. I may even try removing theFEI all together & run a carbie for a couple of months to see the difference in fuel.




    At this stage it is running that rich I am only getting 300kms out of a 100 ltr fuel tank... NOT happy Jan

    Have you checked the temp sensor for the ECU is in spec? If that thinks the engine is cold, it will run very rich and suck the juice.

    I was about to mention the same thing. The one right next to the Thermotime relay. Even if we're wrong you've only lost max $20. And when you retune you engine with the new comp you've got a new sensor to work with which is wise decision.

    Also try disconnecting the cold start injector.
